Card decline at checkout?

Hey there!


First of all, thanks for your interest in our products and supporting the Funwheel movement where we aim to provide you the best Board and components, and let you repair/ upgrade and truly own your board. It is possible that while making payment/ checkout, your card declines.


We currently only accept cards and payments that are 3DS secure. Most banks allow 3DS secure transactions, but some have it as optional.

Furthermore, our main office is based in Dubai, so a large transaction might be flagged by a US/ EU bank as fraudulent.


Here's how to solve the issue:


Please call your bank and assure them that:

  • It was you who is making the payment (not someone else).
  • You need the transaction to be 3DS Secure.


Once this is done, please try to purchase again (try one time only).


Crypto


We also now support Crypto payments for US Customers only, and for Ready to ride boards only. Please follow the instructions: once funds are transferred, an order confirmation will be sent with 24 hours.


If the issue persists, please email us on support@fungineers.us and we will reply within 24 hrs.
